Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy – known in most areas outside of the U.S. as “physiotherapy” - is a health care system devoted to maintaining and restoring maximum movement and functional ability to the body. Physical therapy can be applied to treat conditions resulting from aging, injury or disease. Physical therapists use a combination of manual medicine, rehabilitative exercise, medication and therapeutic modalities in their treatment.
